Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information T3DS Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the T3DS Studio website and app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form.
- What you add: products, costs, settings, photos, generated listings and license records you enter or upload, and print files (3MF projects and models) you choose to keep with a product. Print files are private to your account and are never shared or made public. When you open or download one, it comes through a link that works once and expires within 2 minutes.
- Etsy data, if you connect your shop: your shop details, listings, orders and transactions, and the fees and charges in your Etsy payment account. We use these to calculate sales, fees and profit, and to list orders you need to fulfil. For each order we store what fulfilment needs: the order number, status, dates, total, and each item's listing, quantity and options, including any personalization the buyer entered. We do not store buyers' names, addresses, email addresses or messages; those are read from Etsy only when needed and not kept. Etsy notifies us when an order is paid, shipped, delivered or canceled so your order list stays current. We store the access tokens Etsy gives us so we can read your data, and remove them when you disconnect.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Market research: keywords you research and the public Etsy listing data returned for them.
How we use it
- To provide the service: reports, profit calculations, research and listings.
- To make changes to your Etsy listings, only when you ask us to by clicking Apply.
- To manage your subscription and send messages about your account.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Services we share data with
We use these providers to run T3DS Studio, and share only what each one needs:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Etsy: to read your shop data and apply changes you approve.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- OpenAI: product details, listing text and photos you choose to use with the AI features, to generate listings, rewrites, photos and research summaries.
- Our hosting provider: to serve the website and app.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete the Etsy connection securely. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. You can disconnect Etsy at any time from My Etsy Shop, which deletes your Etsy tokens. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or billing reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can see and edit most of your information in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, contact us at support@t3dsstudio.com.
Security
Your data is stored with access limited to your own account, and connections to T3DS Studio are encrypted. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
T3DS Studio is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
